Asian Mac Salad (pic coming soon)

For the Macaroni:

  • 3 cups Mac Noodles
  • ½ cup Shredded carrots 
  • ½ cup Shredded cucumbers 
  • ½ cup Finely chopped celery 
  • ½ cup Green onion 
 For the Sauce:
  • I.5 or 2 cup Japanese mayo (depending on how saucy you want it)
  • 2 tspn PYF of choice
  • 2 tbspn rice wine vinegar  
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tspn garlic 
  • 1/2 tspn onion 

 Mustard (wasabi?) - not tried
