Cabbage

For the Cabbage:

 4 cups Cabbage (Napa or Regular) Cubed 

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic 
  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger 
  • 2 Green onion diced 
  • 2 tbsp. PYF pepper Dry, Wet or both  

Optional (adding vitamins and color) 

  • 2 cups Bell pepper thinly sliced (red, yellow, green) 
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrots (optional) 

Boil 12 cups of water with 3 tbsp. of salt, then put cubed cabbage in boiling water for 3-4 mins depending on you how crunchy you like your cabbage. Drain the cabbage and in separate bowls, put in fried tofu, cauliflower steak, salmon patties, pork belly.
