For the Brine:
- 1 cup of warm water (warm enough to dissolve salt and sugar)
- ¼ cup PYF
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
Add 1 cup of ice and 1 cup of water, then add spice mix to cold water.
Add chicken breast to water and leave for at least 30 mins. I soak mine over night!
