For the Rice: Meat Optional
- 2 cups of cooked rice, any kind (I like 1 cup short and 1 cup long grain rice; micro rice cubes work great in a time crunch sticky rice cups recommended but any will do you may just need to increase servings)
- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots
- 4 eggs (optional)
- Shrimp (optional) 1 or 2 cups depending on preference
- Up to 2 tbsp. beef/chicken bouillon powder (taste as you go)
- 1 tbsp. PYF of choice
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- ¼ cup. of chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Salmon Quick Fried Rice
For the Rice:
- Salmon bites
- 4 cups of cooked rice (if you use a rice cooker, use 2 cups of small grain rice; 4 microwave bowls work great in a time crunch)
- 1 smoked sausage cut and half
- 1 cup of peas and carrots
- 4 eggs (optional)
- 1 tbsp. PYF of choice
- Up to 2 tbsp. beef/chicken bouillon powder (taste as you go)
- ¼ cup. of chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Spam Salmon Quick Fried Rice
For the Rice:
- Spam bites
- 4 cups of cooked rice (a rice cooker needs 2 cups of small grain rice, or use 4 microwave bowls)
- 1 smoked sausage cut and half
- 1 cup of peas and carrots
- 4 eggs (optional)
- 1 tbsp. PYF of choice
- Up to 2 tbsp. beef/chicken bouillon powder (taste as you go)
- ¼ cup of chicken broth
- Salt to taste
