Thai Marinate and Dressing

 

Recipe can be used as a marinate for beef, chicken thighs, shrimp and/or dressing on a salad of leafing greens

  • 1 cup of fish sauce
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of PYF of choice (hot recommended)
  • 3 crushed garlic 
  • 3 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 cup of cilantro
  • 1/2 chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
