Recipe can be used as a marinate for beef, chicken thighs, shrimp and/or dressing on a salad of leafing greens
- 1 cup of fish sauce
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of PYF of choice (hot recommended)
- 3 crushed garlic
- 3 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 cup of cilantro
- 1/2 chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup of sugar
